The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our team in delivering ice cream joy to customers across 11 states and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
Office Administration:
Keeping our headquarters running smoothly and efficiently.
Email Monitoring:
Ensuring prompt responses and clear communication with clients and partners.
Client Relations:
Building and nurturing relationships with our supermarket partners.
Light Bookkeeping:
Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
Supporting the Scoop:
Being a crucial part of the team that brings the New City experience to life.
What We're Looking For:
