Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.
Your role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies - Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and new products in the industry - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred but I am willing to hire the right person with little experience.
- Knowledge of a POS system is a plus - Strong math skills for cash handling and creating accurate drink orders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail but also be willing to stick around while your shift is growing with your own clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Knowledge of retail math for inventory management is beneficial - Familiarity with banquet operations is an advantage If you are passionate about bartending, have a strong commitment to customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
